Pension Marie — Hotel in okres Český Krumlov

We stayed there for 2 days. Arrived late in night but checkin was not a problem, As the owner left the keys outside in a passcode lock box and he made a video how to unlock access the keys and way to my room. Which was very helpful and generous. Hotel is an old historic house, which i was not aware of and there were stories of being haunted 😣🥴 and i got to know when i was about to sleep on first night 😂, but nothing to be scared of as we didn’t feel anything and room was too cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay.|Hotel is about 500 mtrs from main bus station, but as we arrived late we booked taxi in advance by fokr taxi it charged us 100 Kr, which is not expensive. Same was for returning as we had luggage.|Town is really beautiful and feels like a fairyland but everything closes at 6-7 pm so be careful to have your dinner early as very few restaurants offer food after that.||Pension marie serves breakfast but cooked options are not there, its a small place so most of the hotels are like that I believe |Although last day we got scrambled eggs which are like on few days. Food options are less but coffee is amazing in mornings, do have it 😉. I really recommend coffee also we had pizza in restaurant down below(same owner) & pizza is amazing.|I had a great stay just a little setback for breakfast but nothing to complain,...

I stayed 2 nights was very central which was great and right above their pizza restaurant. The room was very spacious a double bed with 3 front facing windows. Curtains didnt cover the windows fully so street light got in at night. Also the room had a couch a coffee table and bed no tea of coffee facilities or at least even a kettle sp felt very barren. In fact I wanted a tea one night and had to pay for it downstairs to bring up.to my room. The towels were all brown in colour and disnt seem new. The worst thing for me was second night I noticed 5 massive black hairs in my bed and grit on the sheets. I'm blonde so they were not mine. It put me off completely. I has to lie on the other side of the bed. I wondered if they had bothered to change my base sheet before I arrived. The sheets were not white crisp cotton. I mean Yuck! Also upon departure they just assumed I'd pay through the same card as my booking.com authorisation. I fidnt get the option to even switch cards I was just charged the amount and its kit the card I usually use to pay for things. Minor details anyway but didnt really get much if a welcome from this place they were too busy running the restaurant which is where I checked in and out of. I wouldn't stay there again because the dirty sheet made...

I ate at the pizza cafe of Restaurace Marie with my family. Must say, pathetic place- just because of the staff. Staff is discourteous and rude to the core. The man (look at the picture) serving us was banging the mugs and plates on the table, making faces and fuming. He looked so unhappy and frustrated. We requested for vegetarian pizza and he served us ham. When we pointed it out to him, he started screaming and abusing. How can anyone in hospitality industry that too in a town that solely depends on tourism, behave like this with customers? DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. Cesky Krumlov is a beauutiful town - with just one black spot called Restaurace Marie. The food was not great either. AVOID...
