Visited today the restaurant with my elderly parents ( aged 75+) after seeing a lot of nice reviews. This was my 5th visit to Cesky Krumlov. I ordered for a chicken fried rice and soup. Since I eat less and so my elderly parents, I requested them for two small plates for sharing the food. Two incidents occurred. The boy who was serving ( a winged tattoo on neck, sorry for being specific) took at all no care on giving the food on table. He just bumped the plate on the table. Secondly, when I requested him for the plates, he just gave us the bowl and rudely told that this was it, nothing more ! The whole incident left a very bad experience in front of my parents who are visiting me from India. The food was nice, thanks to the chef and other staffs were good too. I started ordering from MySaigon in the year 2019 and it was really delicious, decent in price even if its in the centre of Cesky Krumlov. Everything was good since the summer of 2024, nowdays it tastes like the basic and the most common asian restaurant you can find anywhere, but for double the price. I really liked the “Spicy soup”, it was really great and a lunch sized mesl for the price. Last week i got the soup again and it was like warm ketchup with sugar inside, also the portions are smaller while the prices are higher.
