Pension MONO - Adults Only — Hotel in okres Český Krumlov

What a fantastic spot we found! After 8 nights in Prague, we wanted a nice quiet place to chill for four nights to unwind at the tail end of our Czechia vacation, and this place was perfect!

The whole place has recently been renovated really well. Our room was very spacious and smartly decorated. It's conveniently located at the north end of the old town, so access to all the great restaurants and shops is quite handy, especially the access to the castle.

We had the optional breakfast the first morning for €10 person, which was a nice European breakfast buffet, and was a nice & easy choice for the first morning, but there are some really great options in town.

If we are ever back in Cesky Krumlov again (I really hope so) I would definitely...

Excellent option to stay in Krumlov for those who like modern facilities and quiet place to sleep. The pension is after renovation, the equipment functions flawlessly. The host Eva is helpful to explain what is better and easier to see in the town. Other than common food, the breakfast includes vegetables and fruits (peaches, ananas, grapes, all high quality), so you can rely on having healthy food. You will also be offered varieties of exquisite cheese, meat, juice, and pastry. Everything! Especially Eva at the front desk. She was soooo incredibly sweet and kind and went above and beyond to help us! The hotel is incredibly clean and is situated right at the beginning of the town which allows for a great starting point when venturing out. I honestly can't say enough great things about this hotel and our stay.

The rooms were a little small and I think it felt even smaller only because we had just come from a 3 night stay in a large apartment. Aside from the 7 am construction going on every day right outside our window, I don't have a single negative thing to say about this place...
