A Morning Gem in Český Krumlov
From the moment you approach, the place radiates energy — a bustling café filled to the brim from the early hours. And it’s easy to see why. The breakfast menu is impressive, not just offering Czech classics but also international delights: Eggs Benedict, Turkish eggs, buttery croissants… all executed to a standard worthy of any cosmopolitan city.
The coffee? Excellent — rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed to start your day.
The service deserves special mention: a team of cheerful, smiling young women who seem to move at lightning speed, making sure every guest leaves happy. Their warmth and efficiency create an atmosphere that’s both lively and welcoming.
A perfect start to a day of exploring the jewel of South Bohemia — Český Krumlov:

Read moreI'm very disappointed by the rude service at this shop.
My husband and I traveled 3 hours from Prague to Ceskly Kumlov for a short stay in town. It was a very hot and humid day.
We went in this shop and ordered two cups of (very overpriced) iced latte. While waiting for our drinks, I went across the street to get a scoop of ice cream. We were just planning to sit at this shop for a short second to rest. The lady behind the counter came over and demanded that we leave immediately because I had brought in some ice cream from the shop across. We were shocked and surprised by such rude treatment. The restaurant was completely empty. Ceskly Kumlov is a pretty touristy place and this attitude is not the right way to treat a paying customer let alone treat any human like that. She literally meant for us to take our things and leave right at the moment. I don't recommend this business to anymore.
I work in customer service. Never in a million years would I dare talk to anyone like this, especially a...
Read moreWe popped in on a cold morning to get warm and had no expectations of the place. We were served by a very friendly male staff member and as we only wanted something small, we ordered coffees, the Liver Paté and a savoury jam, which came with bread as well. While it was supposedly a meal for one person, both of us found it just sufficient and we absolutely enjoyed it. It was also inexpensive.
The place has a modern, stylish feel to it and it was full on the morning we were there – probably all escaping the cold outside. In many food establishments in Cezchia, it would seem that service can be a hit and miss thing when the restaurant hires the wrong staff and you are unlucky enough to be served by that particular wait staff. We were lucky not to have encountered rudeness in this place even though we encountered our fair share in other food places. We felt comfortable and welcomed here. Visited in...
