i think the location was mainly the best part about the hotel. so central to the city center. the room itself was clean and decent. a couple of the staff seemed friendly at the front only. breakfast was ok. that’s about it for the good part. the bad parts…first off, i was put in probably one of the worst room locations in the whole building despite the place being not that busy. lowest floor and all the way in the back corner. then there was hammering noises next to my room the second day of my stay and onwards from morning until like 9pm. i asked the night reception about it and he completely brushed it off and lied, saying it’s the ÁC and that there’s no construction going on. and i told him that’s not AC noises it’s someone hammering nails or something. he said he would leave a note to management in the morning to look into the noise. funnily enough after i complained that noise stopped.. and mgmt never followed up with me about this issue whatsoever. i looked out my room and saw an empty room next to me too.. i get that construction happens but at least notify your guests who might be affected and not LIE or ignore it. second issue… on my second to last day in the morning before going out i put the card for my room to be made up. i came back home later in the afternoon and its still there and my room untouched. at this point i’m leaving tmrw morning so what am i going to do, it’s pointless to ask for cleaning on my last night. when i checked out in the morning i was asked if i had used the minibar and i said no, and the reception staff smirked and was like, no? really…? and i’m like, okay you can go check it yourself. he gave me a small smile in response.. now i’m just done with the service of this place. i don’t know if it’s bc i’m asian or bc i paid for the room with points to be treated this way. i’m glad that others didn’t get this kind of treatment bc i sure did. so just beware if you’re going...

It was nice having pleasant staff from start to finish in this mid-size hotel in Nove Mesto about 15 minute walk to the Old City Square. A block away from the underground. Located on a pedestrian zone street near historic Wenceslas Square. My second time in Prague and I liked this location instead of staying in the Old City, which can get noisy and crammed with tourists. This hotel was close enough but far enough, and has its own unique history with beautiful art deco buildings. I booked this hotel after a series of fiascos with Airbnb hosts, and was so happy I did.

Very comfortable room. Even though it has a dated look, everything was in excellent condition and clean. I like how the bathroom and wardrobe closets is separated by a door which makes it feel like a suite. I only had a shower but from other photos a bathtub is available. The concierge told me they have plans to update. However, I hope they keep some of the old school features with the crown mouldings and plasterwork. Breakfast was included which is nice before jumping into the fray. The hot food was not too exciting but I liked the baked goods, yogurt, and beverage choices.

I will probably stay here again if I...

We got upgraded to the 5th floor room and it was spectacular! Spacious and lovely with a stunning view in all directions. Thank you Hotel Liberty. 😊 Staff was friendly and responsive. 24hr reception. Breakfast was fine, nothing too special. It is right on a busy street, so there is a bit of noise. I suggest ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Location is perfect - right in the heart of Prague. Next to a Christmas market, tons of shops and restaurants. Walkable to everything.

Parking, as expected, was difficult. The hotel has reserved spots in a parking garage that is a 10 minute walk away, €25/day. You will need to check in first and then they will give you a card that you tap in and out of the garage with. It is intimidating, but you can pull up right by the hotel front door which means you have to drive on the path of pedestrians, you’re allowed to do this. If you can find a street spot it is probably easier, but all spots within 10minutes of the hotel were jam packed and there are cars and...

I truly enjoyed my stay, the bed was extremely comfy and the bed sheets were sleek and fresh, the room was with dark curtains and was spacious - this is very important for me. The only thing that bothered me a bit bothering me but was not as bad as I heard from the other room was when someone was having a TV on extremely loud. I appreciated the soft towels and shampoo conditioner for the hair and as a woman the intimate gel also other toiletry for use. I room I found tea free of charge or if I would like a small coffee machine with a good quality capsule of coffee for a small price. Regarding the personal was super sweet and nice, smiling always helpful. Breakfast was full of options. P.S: I loved the mirrored elevator and it was always cleaned and smelled so nice!! A very nice hotel definitely would recommend it.

I highly recommend this hotel in Prague! From the moment I checked in, I was captivated by its classic elegance and spotless cleanliness. The entire hotel has a warm and comfortable ambiance, allowing you to completely relax. The hotel's location is impeccable; it's incredibly convenient for visiting major attractions or enjoying local cuisine. Every morning, the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel energized me. The variety was excellent, and the quality was superb. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel are exceptionally helpful. No matter what issue arose, they made every effort to assist and provide solutions, making my trip smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you to this hotel for providing such a wonderful stay in Prague. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!
