At the heart of Prague, lies a cozy little pizzeria that serves some of the best pasta dishes and pizzas in the city. The Pizza & Pasta Factory is a charming place with a warm and welcoming ambiance that makes you feel right at home.
The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive to all your needs. The menu boasts a wide selection of pizzas and pastas, each prepared with fresh and quality ingredients that truly satisfy your taste buds. The pasta is perfectly cooked, but some dishes could be less saucy to enhance the flavors.
What makes this place special is its commitment to quality and authenticity. The owners have taken great care to source only the best ingredients, and it shows in every dish they serve. The pizza and pasta dishes are simply divine, and the desserts are equally delicious.
For me, the only downside was the slightly cramped seating arrangement, but that's a small price to pay for the delicious food and warm hospitality.
To improve the place, the owners could consider expanding the seating area or introducing more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
Overall, I highly recommend the Pizza & Pasta Factory to anyone visiting Prague. With its warm ambiance, friendly service, and delicious food, it's an experience that's sure to leave a lasting impression. I would definitely visit again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience in the...
Read moreHad dinner here yesterday as a last resort after the one around the corner we had set our sights on was full and we couldn't be happier about it. Up until yesterday we hadn't been very satisfied with the food we'd had all week so this instantly became a favorite. We had a bruschetta appetiser which was so very good and then an al Capone pizza and a carbonara that were even better. The prices were so good we didn't have a care in the world when ordering in more drinks and glasses of whiskey. And then when the check came in we were astounded at how cheap it was once again.
The only reason this restaurant doesn't get a 5-star rating is the staff. So far we have noticed that Prague differs from other places we've been and our home country in the way customers are treated. We have felt that staff response in general has been disinterested and dismissive. In supermarkets multiple times the cashier has just avoided looking at us and not said a word even in response to us saying hello, thank you, have a nice day etc. Some places have had very pleasant employees but this restaurant falls somewhere in the middle of the scale which is sad but we've brushed it off as a cultural difference.
All in all I'd recommend this place, highly even. The food was great and extremely affordable but don't expect to make friends with...
Read moreDefinitely a place to avoid! Don't waste your time coming here, especially if you're a tourist! They will sneakily add charges to your bill and play dumb saying, "I don't speak English" when asked about them. They will also charge Coperto charges per person, without actually giving anything to you. After confronting the staff they laugh in your face and treat you like garbage, ripping the receipt from your hand and insulting you. Go elsewhere where you're treated kindly and not swindled. Edited now to respond to the owner's comment. Your waiter admitted to not bringing us bread at all, so you can't charge Coperto if you don't bring us anything. You forgot to mention your waiter brought us the wrong order for my small children and they had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct pizza. I went back to the hotel with my family to put my kids to bed before coming back for a refund as they waited forever to eat. The prices advertised outside the restaurant aren't the same as the menu prices inside, so you might want to update those. Maybe I should have sent my husband back to speak to you because I'm sure you would have treated a man with more respect. Your employee ripped the receipt from my hand. Stop blaming the customer...
