I’ve been back to Prague several times and I STILL and will NEVER give them my business. I don’t care if their food is great or not. I’ve never been treated like this at a business. Here’s my review from a while back. We sat down to eat today September 16 and were refused service with no explanation. No one offered us a menu. I made eye contact twice with the man behind the counter and twice he shook his head no. He then refused to look our direction. When the waiter came near, he ignored my signaling him to get his attention. He was looking straight at me. We never spoke to anyone and have no idea why we would be treated this way. We went to a nearby place and ate leaving a generous tip as we always do. I could in no way recommend this restaurant. Why would they run off customers like this? It makes no sense.

Really nice teracce on a peaceful location. Stopped by to get a drink and a sandwich. Service was okay, not rude in any way but not warm either. It was weird that paying with card there was no option for not tipping...I would've chosen to tip anyway, but there should be an option not to tip. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a drink. The sandwich was quite a disappointment. Large, very dry pizza crust with a little bit of meat and lettuce inside. It was incredibly dry. No sauce, no butter, no olive oil, felt like Sahara desert inside my mouth. The roast beef was good quality, but it was a waste of meat. Pasta served to the next table was looking and smelling good. I wish i had ordered something else and I'm not suggesting you should avoid this place, but don't order a sandwich!

Racially ignorant staff!!

The lady in the beginning was really nice, then the staff changed up at our table, and dark haired waiter was really unpleasantly behaved. He served us our drinks and never came to ask if you would like anything else even though it was possible to ask the whole café. After our drinks, we wanted to pay card and leave the tip in crowns (since I work in the industry, I know it’s better to leave the tip in cash) He handed the receipt to us like to a dogs typed in the amount and quickly left after we played. This was a really bad experience, and I would not recommend this café ever again to anyone. I will recommend you the Café closer to the Metro station, which has very pleasant staff.

Me and my boyfriend are both born and raised in Czech, he is African. We both speak fluently czech. We spoke Czech to the waiters aswell.

I usually never leave reviews, but this was such a day ruining experience I had to share and make sure you don’t experience this non...

Extremely, extremely impolite behaviour by one of the waiter of the Caffè. We were taking a seat outside in a free table and out of sudden two friends or acquaintances of the manager came out of the place to steal our table and clearly tell us to go away. They probably mistaken us for some people who wanted to simply take a seat without ordering even though we were actually going to order something to eat and drink (one of us had a plastic glass of beer with him but they could have simply told us that we weren’t allowed to take drinks ordered somewhere else to the table). What’s worse is that a waiter (he was unmistakably a waiter since he had a t-shirt with the name of the place on it) supported these two guys and told us once again that they didn’t want us there. We were speechless. Won’t see us anymore for sure. This behaviour is simply inexcusable, no...
