this was my second trip to prague but this appartement we stayed in was so awesome!! the appartement itself was good..1 big room with a huge double bed a huge bunker double bed!! for my kids, that was the highlight of the trip and i want to thank the host that he gave us the bunker beds!||||||this appartement is just behind the prada showroom..i mean in 5 mins, u cud be at the old town sqaure or at the astronomical clock..u cud walk to everything!! its probably the most centeral location we have stayed in and in the price, it...

À notre arrivée, une vitre intérieure (double-vitrage) était en partie cassée. Nous avons tout de suite constaté ce fait, mais nous n’avons pas averti l’hôtel en pensant que c’était déjà comme ça depuis un moment et que ce dernier était au courant du cas. ||À la fin de notre séjour l’hôtel nous a accusé d’avoir brisé la vitre. Nous imaginons (espérons) que c’est le personnel de nettoyage qui n’a pas mentionné avoir cassé la vitre avant notre arrivée à son employeur. Ils nous ont retiré 60 CHF sans même nous demandé des explications. ||Nous nous sommes justifiés, mais rien à faire c’était notre parole contre la leur et ils étaient en position de force. Bien sûr si c’était nous ui l’avions fait, nous aurions averti l’hôtel immédiattement surtout pour cette somme. Un accident ça peut arriver, mais là cette injuste ! Nous avons été honnête du début à la fin. Ils n’ont juste pas voulu nous entendre et ont profité de nous. |Notre erreur a été de ne pas signaler tout de suite le cas. Ils ont profité de notre naïveté et je trouve déplorable de traiter leur client ainsi. |Nous nous sentons trahis et volés. ||Donc c’est tout naturellement que nous vous déconseillons cet établissement.
