Fiftyseven House Copenhagen — Hotel in Copenhagen Municipality

Our trip began by walking into the room, and it was very noticeable that it was not properly cleaned. There were a few pieces of broken glass on the bathroom floor. We picked that up and put it on the shelf by the mirror and went back downstairs to tell the front desk. They were shocked and gave us a beer and a coke. They wanted to move us to a different room but we came with friends and wanted to stay close to their room so we asked them to just clean the room and we would not make a fuss about it.

An hour later we were told the room had been cleaned again and we went in and saw that it had been vacuumed and didn't see the glass pieces on the little shelf so I thought everything was fine and jumped in the long awaited shower.

When I stepped out of the shower I stepped on a piece of glass. Then I looked around and found the other pieces on the floor.

That means the cleaning person just wiped the shelf and threw the glass back onto the floor!

So downstairs we went again. This time I took the pieces of glass with me.

They were all really shocked at the reception and very sorry and gave me back the money for one of the 4 nights I had booked. I told them to do better and clean the room again the next day, but the more I looked around in the room over my stay there, the more dirt I found.

It seemed like the cleaning crew and the front desk don't work as a team in the hotel and in that same house are 4 different hotels. The location is perfect and the food in the area is great but find another hotel, this is not worth the 6600...

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 4 days. When i booked at this hotel it stated on their website that the double room was at least 21m2. When we arrived, the hotel had a really bad smell and you could feel that the corridors hadn't been clean for a while. The room we entered was not more than 15m2 with a bathroom. Im pretty sure that the room hadnt been propely cleaned for a while as i could feel the surge for my dust allergy increase by 2000%. By all chance, i forgot my dust allergies and i felt like i was being punished by the hotel for it. Beforehand, I asked the hotel to have some diary free and gluten free alternatives for breakfast. There were 2 alternatives for 4 days. I feel like today me is disappointed i didn't do more research before spending money...

Trash hotel! Do not book!

Old rooms which needs to be renovated urgently. Smelly, broken unmaintained and moldy. The roomservice doesn't clean the rooms. So if you need fresh towels, head to the reception.

Bath has broken tiles and mold. The bathtub is so small that it only fits children. Windows are not isolated and hardly close. TV plug is missing, so you can't even make use of the only available entertainment system.

No refill on the 2 instant coffee packs you get per room.

I can't say a single good thing about this hotel. Overpriced for what you get. A airbnb would be cheaper and offer better and cleaner rooms in...
