Cleaning didnt exist, stains in the floor, hair from precious guests before. Dust and spiders net everywhere. Just awfull. Arrived and no towels in the bedrooms. Safety nothing, eletric wires showing everywhere, I have a exploring todler and needed constant surveillance. Service in restaurant awfull - I order and paid for food in advance, same day at 17:30 for dinner at 19h. When me and family arrive at the restaurant at 19h nothing was set, not tables, no towels in table etc took them 15 min to come and ask what we would like to drink. Food only 40min afther, just very bad service, we order 2 round of drinks and they never arrived. The morning afther was worse, breakfast was a mess. I had visits booked and guide to pick us up, we came down to have breakfast close to the reception 1h in advance, and when we asked to be seated they send us to the rooftop, there was empty tables we could use, and other guests - afther 15min of waiting in the rooftop no one came to give us something. I came to reception again to see other guests that wasnt there before seated and having breakfast, where we asked to be seated before and they didnt let us. They told they will send someone. Afther more 15min of waiting, nothing- I lost my patience because my 3 year old wanted food. Come to reception again and afther 5min they started service, didnt clean the tables before. Just put a plate of ham and cheese. Yogurt and water. More 10min no coffee, no tea, no bread, no biscuits nothingggggg... And then my guide arrived and I didnt have breakfast. Just bad bad bad... Thin windows, was bad, all nigth noise from the streets and car wash next to hotel. Bad pillows, all very unconfortable.

Read moreThis hotel is wonderful! I almost did not book it because the negative reviews. Im glad I took the chance to try it. I also included pictures for my reviews. The rooms are newly renovated. The view of the pyramids is ahhhmazing! The service was ahhhmazing. We did not encounter any issues at all, and the wifi worked in the room. I stayed in room 403 (triple room)- plenty of space for 3 persons. You are in Giza, so there its the typical car horns/big city noise. There are several places to eat nearby and the hotel also has a menu. It was very hot on our visit. The pool looked great and the air conditioner was ice cold. This will be my choice of accommodations for any...
Read moreWe stayed for two nights and it was a disaster. First, they scammed us by charging $50 for an Uber to the pyramids, which are literally a 2-minute walk away – and didn’t bother telling us we could walk.
The second night, the power went out completely – no electricity, no water, no lights, no phone charging – and we had a 1-year-old baby with us. They kept lying about when it would come back, then moved us to a creepy, isolated hotel in the middle of nowhere. We were the only guests there and felt completely unsafe.
Absolutely not worth the stress. Avoid this hotel...
