Pyramids solar boat hotel — Hotel in Giza

Before my arrival, I made a call to the hotel to clarify everything about my reservation and to double-check the price. However, when I arrived at the hotel at the time of my check-in, they informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that there was no room available for me. They offered me a room in another hotel but said I would need to pay more. When I mentioned that I had already called to confirm everything beforehand, they simply dismissed my concerns and offered no explanation for the mismanagement.

The hotel is amazing! If i could give 10 star i would. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help you with everything your heart desires.

The tour guide(s) are not just tour guides. They are more than family. They are absolutely amazing!!!! They take you to all the amazing places and help you with everything.

We did not just feel like we were welcome but more !! We felt like this is our second home.
