Platinum Suites Gallery — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

The apartment we stayed was rather large, ample space in living area. Master bedroom is also spacious with king sized bed with lots of space to manovre and a tiny walk in wardrobe enough to store our family (4pax) clothing for a week. The other room has built in cabinet and a queen sized bed, a modest size room. But the apartment could be shared comfortably among a group of 6 to 8 except only 1 ensuite bathroom. There is a kitchenette and fridge so we could prepare light meals for the small kid. The infinity pool also has a city view where everyone busy posing and taking photos. The only complaint we had was the DAMNED lifts! There were only 4 lifts to serve 50 over storeys, and the lifts stop at every floor from basement levels up to 52 level i think.. it a loooooooooooong wait for a lift. We took at least 10min to go from 31st floor to ground floor as it stops every now and then due to the sheer number of guests, this not included the waiting time for the lifts as we had to pass at least 1 or 2 turns. The worst thing was one lift was closed for maintenance for few days *we stayed 10 days. One floor has many units so can you imagine it is a pain to...

Hi Team..!! One of the best place for family vacation.My husband make a booking from Trivago website and unfortunately,that booking under "Personal Apartment" which is i believe that owner rent that room for bussiness.Thank God during our arrival at the lobby,one of the "Concierge" named Mr ANDY cool down my husband and me with his very excellent explanation what is happen.Which is our booking is belongs to "Airbnb" and Mr ANDY informed us that our booking is without BREAKFAST , ROOM SERVICE and most important is Without HOUSEKEEPING which is if we would like for Cleaning room , we have to contact the Airbnb. We are really lucky when Mr ANDY informed us earlier with his really good knowledge and polite communication. At first we feel upset because we thought that booking is under Hotel. I stayed for three days. The staff at the reception were a bit rude. They canceled my reservation on booking.com without prior notice (I had a late check-in). There was no Wi-Fi available, I had to request it. There were no kitchen utensils in the apartment, such as knives, forks, and other items. The TV in the apartment didn't have any channels available. I asked for help, but they didn't resolve the issue. The apartment is good with many facilities, spacious, especially for those traveling with a family (there was a washing machine, microwave and a mini kitchen). There are mini markets near the building. The place is very close to the Petronas Towers(5 minutes), and there are many restaurants nearby, including street food. I will not be returning.
