OYO 418 Hotel Serenity — Hotel in Pokhara

This was my 3rd visit, visited the Hotel in 2011 and 2013! If you are looking for something that fits your budget and are into simple living, this is the place to be! This is not any fancy hotel but u can make your stay interesting here :) We usually ordered a cup of milk tea and had a nice chat with the young owner Mr Rohit Jung Karki about Pokhara, its history, the people, the food and about just everything we needed to know! He told us how much the Taxi's would charge us, what all were the best places to eat local food here, He made us feel like local people here which made us save a lot of money ! The helper guy Mr Shere very quite and humble guy, u can ask him to get anything you want from the nearby shops if necessary, but do take care of him too ;)||Me and my girlfriend had a great time :) Thanks...

Me and my other 5 colleagues had a wonderful experience at hotel Serenity. It was a last minute booking for us but we had no complaints through out our stay. The place was clean and staffs were very friendly. We did a few activities in the city and all of them were booked and organised by the manager of the Hotel. We also had pick and drop off from the hotel to the places for bungee, zip fly and paragliding. We had no issues, all the activities were well organised so we dint need to worry about anything which made our holiday awesome. It was off peak season, so I managed to get a good price for the hotel. Room has no AC but was airy with room fan and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Electricity went off at times, but it was not the hotel's fault. Nepal just has issues with electricity in general, and was in the case in Kathmandu as well.||||The hotel was clean and spacious, in a good location central to other restaurants, I found it easy to travel around Pokhara from the hotel. Would recommend you rent a bike and just roam around, it was a great time for me. Hotel wifi was ok, not lightning fast but it works - haven't managed to find fast wifi in Nepal.
