My boyfriend and I stopped in here for breakfast after perusing the menu as we were walking past, and seeing they had a huge variety of options at very cheap prices! He went for the ‘heavy breakfast’ - 2 eggs any style, 2 slices of toast with butter and jam/honey, hash brown potato, fried sausage, muesli, tea/coffee and juice - for only 375 rupees! Either way I’d definitely recommend the cafe attached...

There were always other tenants on the porch to talk to and Rabin and his family were so helpful! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location, compared to some other hotels/lodges in the area, was perfect, it's right off a busy street with many shops and restaurants, and also a quick walk to the lake. I was very happy with my stay and I would love to return to Placid Valley and hopefully stay...
