The hotel is well located in the heart of Miami Beach, just one block from the beach. Several restaurants and shops can be reached within a short walk. The building is very well maintained and very beautiful inside. The room is also great, with a large and comfortable bed, quality linens and towels. The street is a bit noisy and the isolation from both the street and the hallway is not very good. The negative point of this hotel is really the company's remote customer service system, there is no face-to-face reception, everything is done via WhatsApp. The reception of instructions and door access codes is efficient, however, if you have any type of problem, be prepared to receive responses that sound like pre-established phrases that always refer you to the hotel's “virtual front desk”. Any problem that is a little out of the ordinary will take a lot of time, since the responses to messages are not instantaneous. Furthermore, if you are not a fluent English speaker, dealing with them by phone call rather than in person at the reception can be difficult as well. I stayed at this property for a week and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower. The bath products were excellent, and the towels were soft and pleasantly scented. I really appreciated the presence of a hairdryer and a safe. The air conditioning could be adjusted to my preference, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The location is fantastic: the property is right next to Ocean Drive, just a 2-minute walk from the public beach and close to the main points of interest. I also found the virtual desk very useful, as it allowed me to manage everything completely independently.

The staff was helpful and highly professional. I even forgot my AirPods, and they immediately offered to send them to me via UPS—a kindness that is rare to find.

And since I’ll be coming back to SoBe soon, this will be my go-to place to stay.

My stay was excellent overall. The property is in a prime location and is well-maintained and impeccably clean. The virtual check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff was highly accommodating and responsive to my early check-in request.

The on-site restaurant offers great options for both lunch and dinner, and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. My only recommendations for improvement would be upgrading the in-room refrigerator and providing an ice machine for guest use. While there were some noise disturbances, this is to be expected given the vibrant atmosphere of South Beach and is not a reflection of the hotel itself.
