I ordered from pottery barn online a $2000 bunk bed for my kids I waited almost two months because it was back ordered then the day before my scheduled delivery I get a call that a piece of my bed was damaged and had to be replaced. So I waited another month then get a call that my delivery driver was 15 min away when my delivery wasn’t scheduled until the next day! I quickly clear my kids room for the bed to be assembled the delivery people get here and there’s a huge crack on the main bed component they tell me they can’t assemble it and take photos and leave they left all the other bed pieces all over my kids room and I’m told the new piece will be delivered in two weeks! I’ve been offered NOTHING for all the hassle and now my kids are sleeping on mattresses on the floor for two weeks since I had sold their beds expecting their beds the next day. I will NEVER order again they don’t even attempt to make...

Ordered over 10k worth of furniture the middle of September. We were supposed to have most of it in December. I have been charged for it, but no one will even return a phone call to tell me where it is. I called two weeks ago and spoke to our sales person and she was going to get back to me by the end of the day. She never did. And, come to find out, she ordered a wrong item. Called midweek, never called back. Called last weekend spoke to someone else. She said they would get back to me by the end of the day. No word, and it has been another week. I could understand if things were running late, but they have OUR MONEY and won't even return a phone call to let me know...

Ordered kitchen table set, 3 bedrooms sets. Ordered in late august. No one items has arrived without it being defective or broken. Then the item sits for weeks because they don’t take it back they wait for the pieces. For a company they is supposedly high quality it is absolutely not. They will take you money quickly but to give you a product that worth the money is few far between. Plenty of other high quality furniture places out there then to rather deal with a company that has zero oversight of its shipping and handling then to take off work to accept delivery of broken furniture just makes you realize how much a company can careless about...
