Snowmass Sports — Local services in Snowmass Village

Searched for places to rent e-bikes, but due to the fact that we were in the off-off season, pickings were slim. Stopped into Snowmass Sports on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about a Monday rental. Not only were they (In particular, Cameron) amazingly helpful, but gave us a card with a phone number to text at an off time to let them know if we wanted to rent. Texted Sunday, great response, bikes were charged and ready to go on Monday morning. We were fitted to the bikes, provided sanitized helmets, plus advice and directions for the local trails. The equipment was in great shape, and we had a GREAT experience. When we got back, Cameron was there to greet us, and was truly excited to hear about our experience.

Ross and Cody at Snowmass Sports were awesome. Two of the most helpful and friendly workers there - felt like friends as soon as I met them and they were extremely helpful as it was my first timing skiing here, and first time skiing in general in the last 6 years. I couldn’t have been happier. From making sure my boots fit properly and taking time to assure I understood exactly how they should feel, to answering questions like, “do you think I’d need a jacket” (I’ve never skied in CO, but would always have one on the east coast - turns out no jacket needed), the day before over the phone, they both were extremely professional yet friendly and so welcoming. If I ever need to rent here again, this will be my go to!...

After careful research on rental options in Snowmass, my wife, son, and I decided to rent from Snowmass Sports. It was a great decision, as the service was the best I have every experienced from a ski rental shop. The business is family owned and provides a must more rewarding experience than the big chain rental shops and the Aspen Mountain shops. We rented the full upgraded demo and demo boots package and the equipment was like brand new. The entire team at SMS was friendly and very helpful when choosing a skis and boots for the conditions and our abilities.
