My fiance and I purchased a ring here and they resized it for us. They did a terrible job and within two days of me wearing the ring, I was already loosing diamonds. I took it in to have the diamonds replaced the next business day and they said it would be ready the following Monday. Before I left for work, an employee called to let me know that they couldn't repair it, so they were going to send it to a different store to have it repaired. Not only did it take them a WEEK to figure out they couldn't repair it, they call me the DAY it is supposed to be ready to let me know this. When I inquired why they were letting me know the day I was supposed to get it back, they made excuses.
They had no ETA as to when it would be complete. A few days later my fiance received a call from a female employee letting us know that they couldn't repair the ring, so they were having a brand new one made. I was quite happy when I discovered this because a brand new ring would obviously be better than a poorly resized ring. The associate said it would be due that Saturday. On Saturday we called to make sure it would be ready and they informed us that by 4pm it would be ready; then a few hours later the associate called back to let us know that "the company that made the ring won't answer our phone calls and your ring isn't here yet."
I wore my ring all of TWO days after my fiance proposed. It has now been THREE WEEKS and my finger is still bare.
I believe that if they had taken the time to resize it properly, or even acknowledge that a ring of that style (very fragile, small diamonds on band) might have issues with diamonds falling out, I believe this would have all been avoided.
I had to call THEM to discover that my ring was finally at their store. What awesome customer service.
I really wish I had taken my business to Jensen's. They made a CUSTOM RING for me from scratch and it was ready within the...
Read moreThe day after Christmas I noticed the diamond in my wedding ring was missing. Thankfully and luckily the next day I found the ring in my 2 year olds car seat! We took my band and diamond into a jeweler we have delt with in the past. We were quoted a price that was just not in our budget to fix. After declining multiple attempts to open a line of credit, we went in and picked up my band and loose diamond. I had shared my lost and found story with a couple friends and Alpine Jewlerers was recommended. My husband took in my ring and was helped by Jeff at the Twin Falls location. Jeff was so professional and so willing to help us. My ring is by no means a fancy ring, but it has 15 years of memories attached to it. Including it being lost for 2 years and my husband finding it outside in the dirt after mowing over it with the lawnmower. Definitely sentimental value. Plus my ring was very dirty between our outdoor adventures and being a preschool teacher! Jeff didn’t judge at all. He offered to make a 6 prong holder for my diamond to give it that added protection. He also said he would give it a good cleaning and get it nice and shiny for us. The quote was more than half of what we were quoted at the other Jewlery store. Everything was done in house and the turn around time was amazing. My husbands quote “we should have come here first”. And “I’m letting everyone I know about this place, awesome customer service”! We will be recommending Alpine Jewelers to everyone. My ring is beautiful, looks like it did the day my husband put it on my finger. Thank you Jeff and thank you...
Read moreAmazing customer service! So refreshing to work with a jeweler who truly cares and works with you to make your vision come to life. I recently visited them after seeing a jewelry in Boise who quoted me twice as much and gave me a hard time on my request of what I was wanting to get done. Alpine with no hesitation said it could absolutely be done and they got to work. They were friendlier, more affordable, and faster then I expected. I will be seeing Alpine for all my jewelry needs from...
