Nice clothes but terrible service. I took in a bunch on brand new things and they said they didn't want any of them, which is fine, but when I got home to unpack them, they didn't even go through anything! It was exactly how i had packed it. Idk if the chick was lazy or what, but, not impressed. 10/10 will NOT go there or recommend it to anyone!

4/23/2024 Edited to say, I spoke to the owner, who Informed me the gal was "super experienced and could tell just touching my clothes that they were old, worn, and not washed, and they weren't the style they were looking for"

lady. Brand new stuff. The only reason they didnt have their tags was because i washed everything before i took it in. So, sorry. Not a thing in there was dirty. Name brands like BKE, DYNK, Miss me and Amerian Eagle. I know what the style is now days and sorry, I'm not old enough to be that out of style. Everything I brought in was the same brands you have hanging in your store.

So thanks for the added insults today. I will never go back here and I will tell anyone and everyone about my experience with the chick that "checked my clothes" and the owner.

I've been buying clothes here for years. Took some of my teenage son's clothes in this weekend. Name brand, tags on them etc. Just for one pair of AE jeans I was offered $2 for them. I paid $80, and my kid grew out of them before he wore them. I understand you need to make a profit but really? I declined. I spent time looking through the clothes only to find the worst selection I've ever seen. Most of the clothing was dirty, lost its shape, and was more than gently used. I did not find one thing I liked. I'm very disappointed because the clothes I brought in were either undervalued or not wanted but the clothes in your store you are trying to sell I wouldn't even buy at a thrift store, and I love thrift stores!!!!
