(I am pretty sure those 5 star ratings are entirely faked, especially after my visit here today.)
There was a mistake made on an order (didn't get chicken nuggets), so I went back to correct it after calling them prior. It would have been brushed off, and entirely understandable, if not for what happened on my return. As SOON as I mentioned the mistake through the drive through, their tones went from (barely) polite to downright hatred, as if THEIR mistake made me less of a human being.
Nevertheless, I went to go pick up my order with the chicken nuggets and was greeted with an unhealthy, scowling, unkempt man with white hair. (From what I hear, he's one of the managers. Which may explain a lot of my previous visits.). I was polite and exchanged money for the rest of my order, and waited. As soon as those windows opened it was an ACTUAL SHOVE in the face with brown bags, and a reply of my 'thank you' with a ridiculously childish and dramatic roll of the eyes before the windows abruptly was SLAMMED shut.
So i'm such an annoyance to their business, just because THEY made a mistake? I can't even imagine what else he would be acting like that for. I've worked in many fast food environments and anyone who acts like this should NOT HAVE A JOB WHERE YOU INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS.
So, irritated, I go inside and get some dipping sauce (That I would have asked for in the drive through, but NO!! IM NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT, APPARENTLY.), and sit down, trying to decide whether to bring it up to them or not, as i'm genuinely confused as to what I could have done to make that fat sack of a man so angry in the first place. Acknowledging the fact that they could give less of a rats behind either way of whether its mentioned, I eat.
The entire time that I eat, not only do the workers take glances and point at me and my company, but the MANAGER HIMSELF aggressively keeps popping up around the corner to quickly look at us, then hide VERY fast once more. This man either just lost his significant other, or is on some SERIOUS DRUGS to act so paranoid and bizarre. Of course, this entirely ruined my stay, the overly inedible food, everything.
The other workers were tepid, but nonetheless nothing compared to that disgusting, rude, filthy dirty manager. So, frankly, I understand why they act like that too!! The poor workers have to deal with an overly paranoid, aggressive, jerk of a manager.
I sincerely hope that this manager gets his act together, because that is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I've seen piles of dog poop more polite (and far more well groomed) than this sad deadbeat excuse of life in this...
Read moreThe burgers are outstanding! I just tried the triple bacon barbecue cheeseburger. I was a little surprised about how thin the burger patties were.... Super paper thin reminds me of a single burger from arctic circle. Because there was 3 patties in this burger it was approaching the amount of a mcdonald's single quarter pounder size. So the math is... 1/4 lb = 4 oz right? 3 patties to make 4 oz of meat burger. Thats 1.33 oz paper thin patties. The meat did taste more like black angus though. What I loved about this burger was i could bite into the bacon and it wasnt stiff and too crunchy or too soft and chewy. Also the onion rings were crispy and firm but not hard, nor a slimy onion. The cheese was good, the barbecue sauce was good I think more sauce could have been added but the cheese allowed for a more pleasurable swallow even with minimal barbecue sauce. My husband got the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. The rice was firm and tender, good amount of chicken and broccoli. More sauce could have made it better he said, but he enjoyed it very much. We often get the 2 tacos for 1.29. The beef in the tacos is very much like a beef hash, with a red sauce, cheese and lettuce. For kids with small appetites its very good and cheap. The jumbo jack and ultimate cheeseburger are good burgers. The lettuce, tomato, and onions are good flavored produce you can distinctively taste their natural flavors complementing the burger very well. 5 stars regardless of the 1.33 oz burger...
Read moreAfter my wife and I ordered our food from the drive through; another person came over the loud speaker and insisted that we turn our music off or we wouldn't be served. I said excuse me? And she repeated herself 2 more times. The person in front of me asked if she really just said that to me; because clearly the person behind us had their stereo up. And I was not even given the opportunity by the employee to explain that. I left the drive through to go into the establishment to talk to the Manager. After watching an employee drop tongs on the floor and put them back into a bin that had food in it; I was greeted by the Manager. I explained my situation and he laughed at me. I told him that this behavior from his employee and himself was very unprofessional. I told him I would be back the following day to talk to another Manager. He again laughed at me and said, "I'll be here tomorrow too; so you'll be talking to me". Then he had the audacity to ask me if I was drunk! (Which I wasn't; but had I been, the outcome to this conversation may have ended differently). At that point I left, and will never go back. This place was just built and is brand new to the community. This establishment is in a smaller town, and people talk. This is not the first time that similar incidents have happened. Very...
