Crumbl — Restaurant in Twin Falls

I don't leave many reviews however today I must! I was hosting an event and needed 200 cookies, I called Crumble to place the order and on Crumble's end there was trouble, the computer had frozen up. They asked me to call back in 15 minutes to order again, I forgot, in my mind, I thought I had placed the order and never called back. The day came and I arrived at Crumble to pick up my order, which I had not placed! The manager was called to the front and gently reminded me that I had not called back and there were no cookies for me, I did a little pleading, and told me he could fill the order in 2 hours, but with only Chocolate Chip Cookies. I was grateful for that bone, returned at the appointed time, and picked up what I thought would be 200 Chocolate Chip Cookies, when I lifted the lids they had done a variety for me. I was so pleased, they had gone above and beyond for me! I had put them out and they did the very best they could. People complain about how hard it is to find good service these days, I do it all the time, but not today, way to go Crumble Cookie...

I ordered a dozen or the large cookies to be delivered for a relative's 90th birthday with special instructions of a special message and requested the birthday wrapping and for it to be delivered at her fv dront door.

The cookies did not arrive in the morning, and were not wrapped or birthday message included. They didn't follow the delivery instructions, and left the cookies out in the hot sun on her deck instead of at her front door in the shade. The cookies were all ruined. She called all the relatives to see who sent the cookies.

I called Crumbl in Twin Falls and they denied that I even placed an order, even though the charges went through my bank account just fine and it said Crumbl Twin Falls. I put an extra tip on it for the delivery person and they said they use Door Dash for delivery. They said they would have the owner call, and surprise, surprise, no one has cared to follow up. Horrible business practices. I am disappointed and angry and will NEVER order from Crumble again. I would have at least...

This is my first at this place and when we walked in, we were not recognized. Finally, we were able to be greeted and when we did get our cookies. I said thank you and happy holidays. And they didn't even have the courtesy to look me in the eyes and say it back to me. And they just said something while walking with their backs turned me as if it was an annoyance. Their customer service sucked, and I've noticed that reading the reviews that at least 8 months, and now that this is the main issue with the Twin Falls location is the lack of customer service. It's like they've had no training whatsoever on how to interact with people. And I don't know what management is doing. Obviously I don't think they really care. I think they just haven't automated replies for us but I will not be going back.The cookie was bland and they're just using common ingredients that you can make yourself at home a better.
