Trufuel — Restaurant in Twin Falls

We came up to see our friends new store and try an açai bowl and toast and were so glad we did. We had the Vitality Bowl and had Nutella drizzled on top. It was really good and had a great blend of flavors and textures. It has all three of the base flavors (Açai, Dragonfruit and Coconut) but also has chia pudding, greek yogurt and their oats that are softened overnight. Then to top it off, it had granola, bananas and blueberries and was delicious! By the way the "small" was plenty big enough to share. We also had the Pure Protein toast which has farm-fresh eggs and avocado on a layer of cottage cheese on the toast and sprinkled with just the right amount of seasoning. My wife and I split both the bowl and the toast and it was the perfect combination of savory and sweet yet healthy and was enough for both of us. We look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu. By the way, the people working there were very nice and welcoming and the store was clean and modern looking.

The service, atmosphere, and the food was all fantastic! Right when I walked in I was greeted with a welcome and was placing my order within the next couple of minutes. There were two staff members working when I walked in and there was about 5-10 people either in there before or getting in line after me and they were very timely and efficient when serving all of their customers. One thing that I thought was unique about this business was that even though they have only 2-3 staff members working at a time, they do a really great job with rotating on who was prepping the food, who was keeping all of the tables and floors clean, and who was working the register. The food was delicious as well! I ordered the Happy Bowl with an entire coconut base and strawberries instead of bananas. Very well prepared and I didn't feel like anything was lacking.
