Maybe it's just me, but Hobby Lobby, especially this location, has fewer craft and hobby supplies than they have already made signs pictures and fake plant arrangements. The sad part of that is I go into Hobby Lobby expecting to find a plethora of things like DIY wind chimes and wreath making material, epoxy supplies, and art supplies, instead I stumble into a small selection of over priced already made wind chimes, a meek selection of wreath making materials (Walmart has a larger ribbon selection) a couple epoxy molds and supplies and a better then average art supply selection but it pals in comparison to other art supply stores. There is no section (if there is it's tiny and I missed it) for model building or remote control anything (cars, planes, boats, ect) but you can walk through the center of the store and find the same Ford or Pepsi sign atleast 4 times in different places. Again maybe it's just me but what a disappointment! Now let me tell you how the staff watches and follows you around like your gonna steal from them. I'm a 47 year old disables man that rides a mobility scooter or uses a wheel chair and everytimebibgo into this place I have a entourage of employees tailing me like Princess Diana had paparazzi. It's ridiculous embarrassing and rude so I purposefully zip up and down every isle in my scooter and back and forth between sections and watch them wear themselves out following me. The worst part is none of the employees has a acceptable knowledge of the inventory, several times I've asked if they had some productbi was looking for and was told no only to find it myself. Sonif management is seeing this maybe it would be hove you to train ur staff on the inventory rather then to assume all people are stealing from you!!...
Read moreAbsolutely love this place. It's a great choice for home decor as well.. which most people don't realize! Anything from custom trim to wall decor... even tables and some large furniture.... Literally tens of thousands of decorative items for your house... And most are very reasonably priced. And they always have sales going where you can save like 50%! I also love how they have themed areas in home decor.... Like a fishing theme, camping theme, animals, western, ocean, literally any theme you can think of ..... You can easily decorate an entire room in a theme of your choosing just by grabbing items from a single display..... This store is genius!
I also love how you can buy unfinished items at a super cheap price and paint, stain, or alter them as you wish. For $5 I bought a beautiful jewelry box that was unfinished and I stained it myself, and it could easily pass as...
Read moreGenerally, this store is pretty awesome. Our experience yesterday, due to one manager, was less than stellar, however, when a price on an item clearly indicated $18 ... and the manager said, "That isn't even our store sticker", and proceeded to charge us $29.95 for the item. I pointed out that the "Hobby Lobby" sticker was nowhere on the item ... but, the $18 price was clearly printed directly on the box. She refused to honor the lower price, to which I said, "I believe you should honor the lowest displayed price on a product". She replied, "You're probably right." But, then continued on with $29.95 pricing, anyway. Because of that so-called manager, this trip to Hobby Lobby only earns the Twin Falls store a...
