TLDR Cliff Notes: Unbelievably poor service, unable to comment about the food as a result.

A very unfriendly server approached our table about 20 mins after seating us and took our food and drink orders, but no offer of appetizers and no indication that drinks would be delivered right away... at a steakhouse? That was a clue about what was to follow.

After being ignored by staff walking back and forth for about 15 - 20 mins and still no drinks, we requested waters; they brought 6 for a party of 10. After another while and still no drinks, a staffer came out with our entire ticket in hand to let 2 in our party know the items they had ordered were not available, which led us to conclude no orders had been input 45 mins or more after they had been taken. The restaurant was NOT busy, but still we sat just waiting and waiting, empty-handed except for water. When we finally questioned them about our orders after over an hour of this, they said it was "almost done"; no apology or reason given and still no offer to bring drinks or appetizers. Finally, after being patient to a fault and having a fun evening with friends turn to irritation, we'd had enough and let them know we were leaving. As a result, unfortunately, I cannot give an opinion...

This place feels like you’ve stepped into an old Western movie — log cabin vibes, quirky little trinkets everywhere, and just the right amount of cowboy charm. 🤠

There are two restaurants in the complex. The one near the street is more of a bar with BBQ and bar food. But if you're on a mission for steak (like we were), head deeper into the wooden wilderness — that's where the real steakhouse hides.

The steaks? Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just the way you'd expect in the Wild West. My family loved it. Inside, it’s a treasure trove of vintage stuff — old photos, rustic relics, and enough character to make you want to hang around...

My wife and i went to this bar hoping for a good steak dinner. It was after a trip to the grand canyon. We walked in to the bar no one greeted us everyone was sitting right on top of eachother and we had to go to the bar to order our food. We waited in the bar for over an hour for our food when finally the waitress came up to us and stated that they had forgot to place our order. At that time we had enough because we sat and watched six other patrons get there food that walked in way after us. We were treated horribly and we felt like outsiders. They will never get another...
