My lan Guest House — Hotel in Hà Nội

It a quiet and the location is good, but not sure how it's rated as well as it is. You can do much better for the same price 100 feet down the road (as we did after the first night). Air Con didn't work at all. Shower was not warm. Food still in the sink from previous guests. Wonderful family run place. You are basically staying in their house, in some rooms at the back. It's a narrow staircase to get up, so maybe not the best if you have large luggage or mobility issues. The rooms get a lot of natural light but because they are interior rooms (overlooking a sort of narrow courtyard) you don't get the noise from the street.
