This is not 4stars or 3stars hotel. And this is the worst hotel in my life. After we checked in 15 mins we realize that the A/C in our room isn’t that cool. We were waiting till 30 mins and getting sweat. I walked down to talk with the reception guy Mr.Hung and he said that other guests complained about this too but because of this is summer in Vietnam so it’s very hot. He asked us to move to another room on 9th floor with stair after 7th floor. That’s what we paid for but we tried and the A/C isn’t better. So we said no to that room and Mr.said he will bring us a fan so it will better. I felt like what? Why we have to sleep in the room with extra fan just because your A/C doesn’t work very well and this isn’t what we paid for. We tried to asked him to cancel hotel for us so we can look for another nicer hotel with good A/C but he said no he won’t refund for us as we already checked in for 2.30hrs! But hey I was talking with him downstair the whole time after 30 mins. But he said I already sleep there and he won’t refund for the first night. Also he said “you hot, because you feeling hot”. I told him what are you talking about? And he said “no no, I don’t talk with you” Oh My God!! What in the world is this? Mr. *, you are not fit for this position. No service mind at all. *If you are a manager who seep this review please know that this is real experience I got from Mr.Hung and he is not fit at your hotel, zero service mind, not willing to help. The sitiation can be better if he willing to help and understanding person. But he just make it worst and we have to contact Trip.com to cancel the last 3 nights. Thank you to Trip.com staffs and supervisor that tried to help us for 4hrs, we are appreciate it. But again Mr.Hung, you are worst at...
Read moreWe booked and paid for three suite rooms with balconies, but only got two.The hotel feels old and cramped. We expected a proper 4-star experience but left disappointed—many 3-star hotels offer better value in both price and quality. Beds were rock-hard, towels had lost their whiteness, and each room only had two pillows. Rooms were also smaller than pictured in the booking app.Location is great, but our rooms were only accessible via elevator from the 3rd floor. Breakfast had limited choices. On the plus side, the rooms were cleaned regularly. The best part was the staff—especially Jerry, who let us check in early for free during heavy rain. We had planned to leave our bags at the tiny lobby (only a two-seater sofa) and explore, but his gesture convinced us to stay. Sadly, the next day the manager said we had to pay for the early check-in, which felt like a scam 😂. We still tipped Jerry generously for his kindness. They also helped us arrange airport transport, and we kept asking for the receipt (sorry, staff!) because we didn’t want a repeat of the early check-in issue.Note: If you want a luxury stay, this isn’t the place. Our 4-star hotel in Sapa was far better—and...
Read moreWell, it’s cheap. Thats about it.
The hotel itself seems to be somewhat under construction, although i dont think anybody has actually done any work in the last couple of years. Really run down. The beds itself seems to be clean, but since i have to stay another night i didnt really look into it that much. The stairway is really run down, but the elevator is okay. There where only like two proper and one really dodgy power outlets in the whole room which makes charging devices kinda annoying if you aren’t alone. There is some weird discoloring on the ceiling, doent look like mold to me though. That you can find in the bathroom which almost looks like a filming set for saw. I don’t think that the glass walls for the shower has EVER been cleaned, its almost opaque. There are weits stains everywhere, even on the toilet(?).
The floor looks like it is regulary under water and the AC is thankfully working, although i don’t even wanna think about how its airfilter might look like.
Overall i think you can skip this one, even for only $25 for two nights in a...
