Hoi An Paradise Villa — Hotel in Hội An

We stayed at the Paradise Villa Hotel for 4 nights and had the best time. ||The location is perfect - just outside the old town and away from the tourist chaos, but close enough to walk there and also close to markets and food. The hotel room was simple but well sized with all of the ammenities you could need. The shower was good, well pressured and the room had AC. Please note there is no elevator so if you are not fully able to climb stairs this place may not work for you, but it was fine for us. The hotel has a pool which was very nice and fresh but for us it rained quite a bit so we only swam once.||The family that run the hotel are lovely and so welcoming. The staff helped us book tours, organise airport transfers, did our laundry for us, gave recommendations, helped us in the rain, and even made us a delicious breakfast. They are very dedicated to their business and deserve all the good reviews and praise they can get! ||Overall, great place for the price you pay and will be recommending to travellers...

Very dissapointed with this hotel. Booked a room with balcony - you need to keep curtains always closed if you don't want the other guests watching you from the other side of building.

The hotel looks old and need improvement. Bathroom is super inconvenient. Floor and all the surfaces remain wet after taking a shower. So if you go to a toilet later be ready to step on the wet floor.

The staff isn't friendly and talk to you in a very arrogant way. As I were alone they let me to take one bottle of water, the second one in my room wasn't free. It's not a big deal, but it's weird.

I couldn't sleep in the hotel - the rooster was crowing all night long.

Next day I find out the Wi-Fi isn't working and missed an important call.

The price is ok but it doesn't match quality. For example in Da Nang or Nha Trang you'll get much better for this price. Can't recommend this place. Better choose options far from old town, but the quality, service and price will be...

Tao at front desk is awesome!!! So kind and welcoming. She even brought me a portable fan when requested. What an amazing lady, who speaks perfect English too!||Spotless room. Very modern, hygienic, and beautifully designed.||High speed internet/wifi. Best of any hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam.||Incredible bed, very comfy with high end linens. Slept like a baby. Again, best of any hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam.||Beautiful soft towels for the shower. And I LOVED the facecloths! Only hotel in the country that I stayed that provided these as well.||Quiet area but an easy (and scenic) walk to all the attractions.||Delicious coffee & tea in room.||Fantastic, clean pool. You can even do laps!||Great rain shower. Lots of hot water available, even though I usually stuck to cold.||This hotel was the best I’ve stayed in during my 3 week vacay in Vietnam.
