I highly recommend this restaurant. Hats down to the chef, for selecting great products and infusing his mastery in them.
I was blasted away by the quality of the dishes! The Deep Fried Spring rolls, most classical vietnamese starter, are the best I had in my life (knowing I am part vietnamese, and my grand-parents had a vietnamese restaurant in the 80s, very traditional)
You can also go for the Grilled Pork Spare Ribs. The marinated meat is soft and full of subtle flavors, in its honey sauce. The french fries coming with it are not fantastic but do the job as side dish.
The Banh Xeo is also great, and the Braised Fish in Clay Pot, too (we came several time to try many dishes).
