This hotel was a great find. It is walking distance from the Ancient Town, located on a main road and easy to get to. We were going to reach very late in the night due to our flights and they were ready for us. It was raining heavily due to Central Vietnam storm and the bell boys made sure we did not get wet at all on our way from the car to the lobby. I absolutely love the lobby with welcoming sofas and bright colours. The front desk was helpful. The room was clean and functional, with a nice balcony. They upgraded our second room so we could have both rooms together, with a view of the pool and a bit of the city (although I had requested city view, but honestly pool view is better because the hotel is only two storeys so you can't really see the city properly). The complimentary breakfast was really nice. The spread was good even for a vegetarian like me, and the service was excellent. The hotel allowed us half an hour extra on check in (however, they did not inform us that the key cards are programmed only till 12, which created some confusion at our end and made the check out unpleasant for me, but they still kept a positive attitude about things.) Overall, I'd stay here again and highly recommend it especially to English speaking...
Read moreMy partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and we absolutely loved it there. The location is perfect as it is only a 10 minute walk to main hustle and bustle of Hoi An making it the best place to stay.
The staff are super friendly, kind and very helpful.
Our room was great, it was spacious, comfortable, with a large bed, fluffy pillows, clean linens, coffee & tea making facilities, minibar, balcony overlooking the pool, free toiletries and a large writing desk and chairs.
The hotel itself has a huge refreshing pool which is perfect for a dip and quick escape from the Vietnamese heat and is accompanied by a bar right next to the pool for some cold drinks.
There is an onsite restaurant called Spice Viet where we had dinner and it was utterly delicious! The atmosphere was lovely and the decor was very eye appealing. I highly suggest having some lunch or dinner here.
They also have bicycles that are free to use and were definitely very useful for getting around.
Overall, it was a brilliant place to base ourselves and treat ourselves to some luxury and relaxation after a long day of exploring in Hoi An town. Did I mention it has a Spa as well? Great for a bit of pampering!
I would highly recommend staying here if you are...
