Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in my life. I wouldn’t even recommend not stay here. The photos are a scam. The place looks nothing like the photos . There was mold in the shower head like disgusting and mold on the shower tile. The room was so hot and the beds are very uncomfortable. The front desk was terrible , they were so rude. Would not give us a refund even though we said how uncomfortable we were staying there we had to contact the manager through email and have to wait three days for approval to get our money back. Which is ridiculous. They were so rude when we said we didn’t want to stay there. They tried switching our rooms and that shower also had mold . Then switched us to a third room and that room smelled like paint and mold . Which is dangerous to inhale. So we just left . I would not stay here at all!!!!!!

The location is perfectooo, i dont think another hotel can beat that. We traveled via treno to metro station santa lucia, it is a 2min walk with luggage, a 1min if you only carry a back-bag. The rooms were very tight but its venice, everything is tight there. The reception were on fleek, very nice and helpful. They gave us a map when we first showed up and suggested an itinerary to follow since venice is small. Hi to the night shift receptionist who helped us book the airport shuttle that goes directly without any stop which was very useful. The breakfast was typically italian and the pistachios croissant was good. The breakfast crew were very nice and spoke to us in italian then translated which i found very good since it help me memories lots of words. Thanks to the whole team ❤️❤️

Very Bad hotel ever !! not recommend to stay ...we book the hotel through booking.com and already got the confirmation. We also inform the hotel in advance that will arrive late at night but when we reach the hotel about 10PM (with 2big luggages and 2medium suitcases),the staff just inform us that the hotel is "OVERBOOK.!!!!!!!!...And the staff at night just said no worry we find another hotel with the same rate? And it just only 20M. so we ask for someone to help us bring the luggages to another hotel coz its will definitely no problem if we walk with nothing at late night and we are tired and expect the rest once we arrive.

Staff:Its not his fault!! Me: i know but its also not our fault Staff: i can't help, the hotel is overbook! and you did not book 5stars hotel Me: i know that why when we come to your hotel we bring all the luggage by ourself Staff: its not far Me: Yes i understand, its very easy to walk 10 or 20mins with no big luggage Staff: still insist that not his fault and refuse to help us also not help us to find the wayout...he just said "No" to everything and he also said it the problem with the hotel that no one handle and manage the booking!!!!!!!!!!! Is this the thing that customer need to know?...we choose this hotel because they got 7.9 hotel rate form Booking.com!!! So how can we trust the rating anymore?

Oh my gods!!! unbelivable

Moreover, No word "Sorry" from their mistake!

Time fly. Its take more than 20mins to discuss in this matter with no result so i ask the staff for an assistance from the manager to manage this issue which occur as the hotel is OVERBOOK not us.

Before the end, while he trying to contact manager... he said you can leave your luggage here if you don't want to carry them!!!!what???? But all my Stuff is in the luggage...Ummm...no word to said to the night shift staff!!!!!!!! Very bad and no service mind

Finally, after contact manager, the staff help to bring 2big luggages to another hotel and its far and not on the main street. Moreover when we arrive, we found out that this hotel has no LIFT.. That mean we need to carry our 2big luggages up to the stair by ourself!!!

The first reason that i book the hotel at anytime and anywhere around the world is i choose the one with the lift coz i knew its very importance to us as we know that we cannot carry the heavy luggage with no lift at all.

For the new hotel apart for no lift, wifi also poor and the hotel...

Purchased bleach spray to clean bathroom upon arrival because I thought maybe they just didnt clean well. Woke at 3am from sewage smell after 3 hrs of sleep. Front desk guy Davida told me there was nothing he could do and was reluctant to even come investigate and that i had to wait til 8 when the manager arrives. Cleaned myself up enough to leave room while having windows and door open because the smell was so bad. Sat in lobby which smells of urine. They let me in breakfast room early to wait and croissants were dry and terrible especially for Italy. Went down to see if mgr was in after 8 and just booking another hotel and girl that was not the manager told me they gave me another room which nobody had communicated to me and would not refund my money which i paid over $250 per night. She also told me the sewer smell is a known issue on that side of the building. She was raising her voice with me and when I reciprocated she told me i was shouting at her. The room should never have been rented to begin with and it looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Just an absolute terrible experience all around with absolutely poor hospitality. Beware, this is a...

We stayed here one night just after our cruise in the Mediterranean. The front desk was wonderful and incredibly helpful! They were nice, and welcoming, and gave us a great recommendation for dinner in the area. The staff knew English pretty well which was helpful for us, and they let us leave our luggage behind while we were waiting to check in. There is an elevator which is great for those who have mobility challenges. The room was small for a triple, which included a king-sized bed and a pull-out twin bed, but for the one night, it was fine. I believe most Venetian hotels don't have air conditioning turned on until the summertime, so it was pretty warm in our room and we had to keep the windows open. We were in a front-facing room, so it was pretty loud overnight, especially since we were on a very busy street near the train station. The area outside the room looked a little worn. Breakfast was very basic with just bread, yogurt and coffee. The location was good as is close to the train station, Piazza Roma, and a lot of restaurants and stores near by. It was good for the amount of...
