Since Venice is not well equipped with public restrooms, and existing restrooms seem to be quite far away in walking distance, I went into this place today and kindly requested to use their restrooms. I understand, that this is not appreciated in general, HOWEVER, I am 7 months pregnant and the waitress denied that I use their restroom. I even offered to pay an amount, which would’ve been more than their lowest beverages, but still she denied. There’s literally no difference from being a costumer paying 5€ for a coffee, or paying the same amount for the restroom. I hope this young lady never has to experience being pregnant, with a baby pressing on to her Blatter, and being denied to use a restroom! This is inhumane! I don’t care what kind of Institution a place is (high class, low class, whatever class), but restrooms should be accessible for the elderly, the disabled, and the pregnant - especially when willing to pay the monetary equivalent of being a regular customer. Unfortunately, I was so overwhelmed being denied to use the restroom, that I didn’t think fast enough to tell her “well then make me a coffee please” which would’ve made me a costumer and therefore eligible to use...

Disappointing. Food was ok, but not worth the price. If you are Italian, and you want a nice place to eat, you will not be impressed. Portions are big, but taste is average. Starters were overpriced with frozen fiori di zucca filled with ricotta, still frozen on the plate. The staff were kind and changed them, but equally what we had on the plate didn’t reflect in anyway what was shown on the menus. The tempura batter was thick and oily and nothing as described. Should it not have been written that the product was frozen? The primi were edible, but my mum could have could have cooked that better without billing me 92 euros in total (2 x starters, 2x primi, 1x cocktail and a glass of wine). Tagliolini with pistacchio pesto and seared tuna tasted nice, but honestly, the tuna wasn’t seared. Rather, it was well cooked. I wouldn’t go back, and I wouldn’t trust again the blog we read...

We took a risk going to this restaurant because it was close to the train station in a very touristy area but we decided to go in because they had room for big group of 12. Haque was so attentive. Prices were decent for a touristy area but food was great!

Filet was juicy sweet tasty and beautifully cooked, tender. Seasoned well. Passed the knife test. Presentation was 7/10.

Ribs were good.meat came off like butter. Flavor and seasoning was good. It was small. 1/4 rack of ribs. Only complaint was small.

Cheese ravioli was delicious filled with juicy tomatoes. Perfect amount for not sharing.

Mussels andthe spaghetti with ink was done right.

Pleasantly surprised (by how touristy central its location is). Everyone was so helpful and treated us...

The food and drinks were good, that’s why 4 stars. But the service and atmosphere were nothing special, not the smiling faces in small places. And the €6 each for 2 spritz and cicchetti (as advertised outside)……became €24, with no explanation from average waiters that cuperto was €3.50 each (usually €2) and service charge was 10%. This is how the tourist shops take advantage of tourists. So just know what the charges are before going in. This is a true “tourist trap”. To be fair, maybe somewhere in the menu there is some small print explaining the fees. We didn’t bother with a paper menu since we went with the outside display menu.

Just the place o was dreaming of while in Italy: with a sweet, smooth, tranquil vibe, and food that is made from scratch and with fresh ingredients. We had the best experience with the “menu of the day” (affordable and delicious), but their regular menu also looks great. That day, the had the Mediterranean fish, with potatoes and olives, grilled chicken, spaghetti bolognese and penne al pesto with pistachios. Service was excellent, not rushed at all, which we loved. Please note that this is based on Italian culture; they take their time to serve you and strive to not to disturb your experience. I’d return without hesitation!

This place is a hidden GEM! We had an hour and a half before our train ride and we were looking for a place to grab a spritz and a quick bite we came in got the Spritzer and 2 cicchetti's for 10€. we ordered more, the burrata ravioli and the lobster ravioli... The burrata was the best, the lobster ravioli was very good as well i love seafood and it had a strong seafood flavor which i like. If you don't like a strong seafood flavor stay away from the lobster ravioli but 100% recommend the burrata.
