Eventhough the session was good I am extremely unhappy with how inflexible their "system" is. Firstly, when I made the reservation online, it wasn't stated that if I've had treatment at the same salon but in a different country before, I would be ineligible to use the coupon. At the salon, if it wasn't for me being TOO honest in sharing with the staff that I had been to a Facia branch in a different country before, they wouldn't have known and would still let me use the coupon. After I blurted that out to the staff, they still told me to go ahead with the treatment while waiting for the boss's confirmation if I could use the coupon or not. That should have been clarified before they proceeded with my treatment. This was like leaving me with no choice in the end but to agree with whatever nonsensical policy they have because I had already done the treatment. What I asked for was to pay the coupon price for the treatment that I had done on that day and on top of that, purchase whatever long term course they were selling to me because I knew I will surely return for more treatments. It was a win-win situation for both parties. I was so ready to purchase a long term course with them, if it wasn't for their inflexibility and lack of transparency in their so called "promotion". So, I decided to just pay the full price for that one treatment and never return to...
Read moreNOT FOREIGNER FRIENDLY. Booked online using the Hot Pepper website and used some coupons but upon arrival was informed the coupons were only for locals. Odd considering I used the same website with other coupons to book another place without issue (LA SPA 9.5/10 would definitely recommend). I didn’t catch the ladies name but she looked relatively young maybe early 30s or late 20s and spoke English relatively well. She denied us of the coupons because we were foreigners and proceeded to hand us an English menu that was about 20% more expensive than the prices listed on their website in Japanese. She informed us we could only choose one option and it was this hour massage which I found weird because regardless if the coupon can be used or not I reserved for an hour and a half and arrived earlier so why I would be limited to an hour was not making sense. Would not recommend this place. The spa is already overpriced considering competitors mentioned before and others in the area but worse when you receive the English menu which was not consistent with the website. The first impression is everything and I will not be returning...
Read moreThis was my second and last try to visit this salon. First time (1 year ago), I have left without a treatment because they promised English and the person who was supposed to give me a complex face fix treatment was not speaking English at all. Now I have been to Japan several times and wanted to give it a second go. They have refused to give me a first-time customer discount because I AM A FOREIGNER. Yes, you read it right. Like in China, they refused giving me the first-time customer discount typical in Japan because of my origin. Should I mention that I already have several salons in Japan I visit e!ch time? Well, its their loss. I would recommend to avoid this salon at all costs, for them you as a foreigner are not anrespected client, but a bag of money. I doubt you want to be a second class - and this is exactly how they treat their foreign clients if you even TRY ot use their discounts otherwise available. Very not...
