This review isn’t about the staff—they were friendly and helpful when I visited. I bought a few items online and then tried again in-store with a second purchase, but unfortunately both times ended up being a waste of money.

I purchased my correct size (in store measured and the same size I’ve worn for years), yet the underwire dug painfully under my arms. Other bras offered almost no support, and the T-shirt bras were so thin that you’d need extra padding.

The panties were also disappointing—flimsy material that started tearing after the second hand wash.

It pains me to say that the staff, their knowledge around the products and their brand was nothing short of appalling. I ordered a bra to the store, they didn't know how to get it on, then packed the wrong thing and sold my bra, only to tell me that they don't have it anymore and I need to buy it again. They did make me try a 75C (the only one left in the shop) to see if it fits me (90B is my size, measured in the same shop earlier this year) Just Wow. Will never be buying from your store again. Not giving money back? Is this even legal? We'll find out soon. And no need for your staff to be passive aggressive about you scamming people.
