These people are absolutely awesome to deal with. They sourced for me 2 pairs of shoes to import at fantastic prices. They communicated so well, super responsive and even sent the two items together (not always possible but luckily from suppliers close to each other) to save some money. The ordering process was super straightforward, they were 100% upfront about pricing, shipping and returns (not possible on customer orders). I literally can not speak more highly about them. I'm so appreciative for their effort and will definitely be back. It's amazing to finally have a sneaker store in Christchurch! Get out there and support them so then can support us....

This store is awesome. Not only do they have a nice store atmosphere, but they also have EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I went in to this store a couple of times while trying to source myself a pair of Air Jordans — not even knowing what size I was or if I wanted Jordans — and the store staff were extremely patient and very helpful whilst not even knowing if they would get a sale from me. Though I have only paid the deposit on my shoes so far, I feel confident making this review. The process of buying from this store is very refreshing compared to large, well known companies. 11/10...

Such a welcoming, well presented store, and super friendly staff! They had so many cool shoes that I have never seen in-store before anywhere in chch!
