Worst online service from a company ever. Absolutely shocking and ridiculous as they kept claiming there was nothing they could do!! Just wanted 15% promo money back from a jumper as I didnt realise you are entitled to 15% off on your first order. I paid $450. I would have been happy with store credit .. anything.. was told no as it was already “fulfilled”. Was offered no help. I then said I would have to return it and rebuy it which is ridiculous. Was told there was no guarantee it wouldnt sell before I could rebuy it. Wtaf is this service, where is the help when I am suggesting all the ways to get a little bit of money back. I am so unhappy with your policy, I am not mad at the girls working at customer service but I believe there should be a few ways they can help people out. They should be able to send u a store credit or something. I dont want another 15% off code as I doubt I will ever spend that much with u guys again. I’m disappointed. I paid $600 for a puffer jacket back in February 2025 to be ready for winter. They told me it would be ready to collect soon from the Christchurch branch, but today the guy on the phone tells me there’s been a “communication breakdown” and they estimate it will be another MONTH before they can order it and get one in. The guy on the phone was more focused on the fact it was people in other branches who might be at fault, rather than finding a solution. I had to push to confirm they’d call me tomorrow (Monday) to discuss solutions instead of “we’ll get back to you when the office replies”. It’s getting cold…it’s been 3 months since I paid in...

Don’t recommend coming here. Especially if you’re a POC, wasn’t greeted by anyone, but was blankly looked at by the store person and the store person proceeded to say hello to the next people (not poc) that walked in right after me. I was interested in a few of the status items that were instore but won’t be coming back here. I’ve worked retail 6+ years and never have I ever been so shocked at the lack of customer service.
