Terrible Tour! Do not use this company!! We booked a 2Day, 1Night trip to Machupicchu by Van with Inkas Chacana (tour run by Pullman). It was the most disgracegul experience I have ever had. We were promised 3 meals and only recieved 1, the Van pickup and return pickup was horribly organised. They just drop you in a dirt parking lot and leave you with no information except to be back by 2:30pm the next day. We were not told where to go, which hotel we were staying in or weather we would meet our guide on the day we visit Machupicchu or before! We didnt even know how we were going to get our tickets into MP which were included in the tour price. When we got back to the dusty parking lot at 2:30pm the next day there was litterally no Pullman Tours to take us back to Cusco. We had to find alternative means of transport with all the other stranded Pullman tour guests. Meant to be back in Cusco by 7:30pm and only arrived at 11:30pm!

Really I do not recommend purchasing anything from Inkas Chacana as the service we recieved on thier tour...

Booked two tours with them randomly out of cusco. First was rainbow mountain guides kept rushing us and also said we were behind in the group when we passed two people that were in our group coming down and also the mountain was not as shown. Second tour was to the salt mines of morras wasted time stopping at a knitting event made to sell clothes that were found in cusco. Next was the moray which was good. Then we stopped at a service station that's partnered with the company when we could has just got it at tge salt mines. We were at the mines for about 20 minutes super rushed. Very unhappy with this company add more time to the tours and don't stop at places not in...

I would give more than 5 stars to this place. I can't thank enough to their warm hospitalities. I was helped by Eric and Giancarlo, and they were very present, patient, and accommodating with my indecisive plan. They both speak English that helped us A LOT. Also...when my friend's debit card didn't go through because of the flight company's technical problem, they were VERY patient and tried over and over again till the transaction was completed.

We booked Lake Titicaca tour and tour bus from Puno back to Cusco. Those both tours were affordable, and quite worth experience.

I would recommend all my friends to go here to plan their...
