Not a fun place to spend your Saturday nights. My wife and I wanted to watch the ufc fights at a sports bar and unfortunately chose this establishment. The prices do not reflect quality of food or quality of service. Iām fine with paying high prices for a quality product (I actually prefer to do business this way) but I am not ok with paying high prices for an abysmal experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant chain because of the experience I had this weekend.
Server was not polite or friendly in any sense of the word. Didnāt greet us. She just walked up and said what do you want. Didnāt ask if we wanted the check she just put it on the table without asking. I wanted to stay and keep drinking and watching sports but apparently our time was up that night. If the bar was busy I wouldāve understood. If the restaurant section was busy I wouldāve understood. This place was nearly empty when we arrived and when we left. I am now understanding why. No one wants to work hard all week and go out for a Saturday night just to be treated like filth and pay inflated prices (16 bucks for a burger and 11 bucks for 6 wings). It is a terrible feeling when you feel ripped off and unfortunately my wife and I both left feeling this way. The sting of the experience is still fresh in our minds hence this review.
I ordered the jammin jalapeƱo wings and they melted my face off. Iāve had these wings at least a dozen times before and they were never this hot. When I asked for a different sauce I got an eye roll and outreached hand which apparently meant for me to hand her the plate so she could replace them. We did stick around to watch the end of the ufc event even though we felt our presence was unwanted and a burden. We did leave the standard 20 percent tip. We both have worked in the restaurant industry before and this is as low as we will go for a tip. The fries came out cold and unseasoned (we asked for the dry rub) and the food runner said I ordered all flats when I did not. I told her this and she pointed to the one drum on my plate and said oh well thereās a drum. She was also confused on if the food was at the right table which I think reflects on the server putting in orders incorrectly.
I could continue on about the terrible service we received but this review is long enough for you to get the picture. My wife and I have unsubscribed from the email list, rewards program, and will not be returning to this chain of restaurants ever again. Money is too hard to come by to waste it on terrible experiences such as the one we had at this establishment...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe go to this place for the boneless wings on Thursdays. Itās always āhas beenā and enjoyable evening for my wife to go to Bdubs at this location for a yr and a half. Tonight for starters the restaurant was freezing even I was complaining about it and thatās a pretty impressive thing growing up in Indiana. So it started off OK we were patient didnāt have to wait long for a table, we were seated and they cleaned it in front of us which was OK. A few moments later, the first waitress came and she took our order for drinks and food. The drink orders came out quick. I would say definitely within 5 to 7 minutes, from their things took a nose dive. We waited and waited for food. I would say almost 30 minutes, A second waitress brought our orders out. My food was correct. My salad was good, My wifeās order was wrong. The second waitress re-took her order. Her fries were luke warm, not hot. My boneless wings were warm( guessing pre cooked, just an assumption) by the time I had finished they were pretty much almost cool to touch. We waited an additional 30 to 45 minutes. My wifeās order finally came out. The order was correct but her wings were semi-warm also. After we finished our meal we My wife left for outside to warm up (aka cool off) To top it off, I mentioned the service quality of the food to the waitress. The reply was āwe were just really slammed and everyone came in all at once. as far as your food, itās that kitchen againā UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I work in Service industry also and I guarantee you my supervisor would haul me in for a comment like that to an owner/customer. I only received an apology until after I brought up the discrepancy. Many restaurant establishments I have frequented management would come out and ask āhow was the service and your food todayā Probably some things Mgt needs to take a look at. 1. (Themselves, Their Employees/subordinates, and service the quality). 2. Quality of Service 3. Quality of the product. Hopefully these issues WILL...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit: I am adding to this for decline in quality of service and turn over rate of new employees has increased. Last two times I have called for take out the average answer time is 7 minutes. Once you say take out they put you on hold. First time was over 20 minites and I gave up waiting. Second time was 15 minutes on hold after stating it was a carry out order. They then pick up after 15 minutes and asked if they could help and I stated carry out order again and they asked if I could hold again. I stated that you just put me on hold for 15 minutes. The answer was there were people in front of me. I gave up on that order as well. Not sure what is happening there but they need to fix it as it never used to be this way.
Food is good but grossly over priced for what it is. You are paying for the restuarants brand of signature wing sauce and sports entertainment. I love wings but do not watch sports so that is zero gain for me. The noise level in there is very high, you have to almost yell to talk with people. Only time to go is on Tuesday for half price wings but now only buy one get one with snack and small only. That is the only way to not overload the pocketbook. I have been going to this chain since the .20 cent wing Tuesday's and quality and cooking consistency has steadily gone down hill. Thes last two experience with being put on hold has sealed the deal of...
