ATTENTION MANAGEMENT, CORPORATE, DISTRICT MANAGER!!! There was a sales associate here who was SO rude! I was waiting In line to be rung up after the lady in front of me and I went ahead & started putting my groceries on the counter. The sales associate asked in a VERY rude way âIS ALL THIS TOGETHERâ I said no these items are mine. She picked up the divider and threw it down at me..YES THREW IT!! (I was so in shock the couple behind me witnessed this as well)And said âYALL NEED TO USE THE DIVIDERS TO SEPARATE YOUR STUFFâ mind you the divider was all the way at the top and I couldnât get to it due to the lady who was finishing up ahead of me. I then went over to the back wall to start bagging my groceries and the assistant manager Shannon walked out and I asked her for the sales associateâs name and she refused to give it to me. (The sales associate didnât have on a name tag) I just remember she was a heavier set woman. I will never return to this location. I sat in the parking lot of the store to type this review thatâs how horrible this interaction was! ALDI get a new staff and quick!!! Throwing items at customers is insanity never thought I would experience this. & for reference I was here on 8/25 in line around 1:25-1:30ish. Please...
Read moreALDI is still a hidden gem to most people. ATL is lucky to have ALDI! And Buckhead and Decatur are new stores. Go try it if you haven't!
Meats and cheese are ridiculously affordable. They have small wine section too. Plus a growing selection of organic options, and I was able to find organic blueberries and strawberries at less than half the price of TJ/WF/Publix/Kroger. Their produce section isn't huge, but I consistently find organic spinach/mixed greens, organic celery, avocados and bananas for best price in ATL.
They are related to Trader Joe's, so they share some of the same things, in different packaging of course, but at lower price point. They have a lot of really unique offerings, and seasonally too.
NOTE! Bring your own bags, or buy theirs, as they save $$ and help the enviro by not freely providing bags. Also bring a quarter/$0.25, which you is to rent a cart to shop. I bring my bag and put stuff in that as I shop, instead of getting a cart, then unload my things as I'm checking out.
ALWAYS fast check-out clerks too, the FASTEST I've ever seen, so don't worry if long line,...
Read moreWe are a big fan of Aldi .. in love so many of their products however, my husbandâs experience in the Buckhead with Sanaya today was just not up to par. Iâm not playing the race card but we call it how we see it, we are both AA, she was too. She went out of her way to speak to the Caucasian lady in front of him, even holding a conversation⌠she was very nice and friendly. When my husband got to the register, she did not open her mouth to say one word nor did she look up!! Not a âhelloâ not a âthank youâ not one word! After he paid for his items he picked them up and handed him his receipt and only said âyouâre welcomeâ because he said âthank youâ with a smile :)! She said this in very low tone and matter and factly, not friendly at all!! SMDH!! Then she proceeded to speak enthusiastically to the Caucasian lady behind him as he was leaving the store. Not sure if she did this on purpose but itâs very ugly and uncalled for. We just hate when we have self hate among each other Sanaya (?) grow up or get another job âŚthatâs not what I...
