Edit: I am not mistaking you for anyone. It was definitely you. I see your picture on the website. Check your records. I was last at your office on Nov 24,2021 at 11 am. I have been to both your Buckhead and east cobb(Marietta) locations. I went back and looked at the paperwork, you used a Fraxel laser and chemical peel on my first appointment. Not sure what laser you used the second time when you did the permament makeup removal, but it turned my skin red. You should never have used that laser on permanent makeup as it oxidizes the iron.
Original post: I had a terrible experience with Dr Debra. Frist thing is that she overcharges and second my condition became worse. I went to Dr Debra for permanent makeup removal I had done to cover stretch marks and scars. She charged be almost 3k for a CO2 laser and chemical peel. Other places charge $500 to 1000. She overcharges for simple creams like hydroquinone ($120). The same brand (Obagi) is available at other places for $60. I did not see any results with the CO2 laser - permanent makeup is like a tattoo, you need to use a laser for tattoo removal! The second time that I went in she decided to try a tattoo removal in a small spot. She did not initially tell me that there was going to be charges as she was just testing. When I got up to leave, she said the bill was $900. Are you kidding me? Other places don't charge when they are testing or they only charge like a consultation fee which will go towards the actual treatment. And $900 for a small area is very expensive. Another place charged me $200. And her tattoo removal did not even work. It turned my skin red. This is because permanent makeup has iron in it that turns red if you use the wrong laser. I have spent a lot of money trying to fix this but its not working. Luckily this was in a small area and I was able to remove the rest of the permanent makeup at Premier Image Cosmetic (I recommend them!). The laser they used did not turn my skin red. But they have so far not been able to completely reverse the redness caused by Dr Debra's laser. This place is just unprofessional. She does not even have anyone else working there. The other doctor (her husband) is no longer with the practice. No one to pick up the phone. You have to call and leave messages...
Read moreI gave one Star to at least register my rating. 0 is more like it. This practice is a joke. First, I have had successful Botox 4 times over 4 years. I normally have excellent results w 20 units and have many sticks on my forehead. With this Atl Medi Spa, met w Dr Atkins, she recommended 30 units and had it pre-loaded. (Other Dr’s had to reload) dr Atkins May have stuck me 3 times - was not happy with the results- 2-3 weeks out - I called 7 times to get someone to talk to. I was told it was too soon to come in for a touch up. In the meantime, I waited with no further results. Called back 7th week. Dr. Atkins met me at the front desk when I arrived. Put me in the defense by asking me to show her my literal Verizon phone records to “prove” I called as her records did not reflect those calls. I am reporting her to the Board. Do...

I have been considering getting lip fillers for a while now but was a little apprehensive at first, after speaking with James about it he really put me at ease, answered every single one of my questions and was so straight forward and honest with me.
