The customer service at Marc Jacob in Lenox Square is unmatched. I called the store and Ty was very informative and gave me all the details I needed for a special gift for a very special friend. My daughter seen a Tote bag that she liked online but it was showing sold out. I made a call to my local Marc Jacobs (FL) to check availability but they were out of stock so they put me in contact with Lenox Square location in GA. Patrice at Lenox Square location was very helpful!! They had just sold out of the bag that day but was able to get one from NY and shipped to me. I got the tote bag in just a few days!
