I have been a loyal customer for 18 years. I tried for almost 3 months to purchase a sofa using my own material. It took weeks for them to send samples off and get an answer from the supplier the first time I sent samples. I sent a second set of samples and the same situation happened that it took weeks to get an answer. I had to call and stop by on numerous occasions to get an update since they would not call me back. They even refused to use any of my material even after I said I would sign a waiver that if material did not work they would not be responsible. The customer service at this location from the sales clerk, store manager to regional manager was deplorable. I was basically begging them to take my money. DO NOT SHOP at this location. The Roche Bobbis brand caught my eye decades ago as a premier spot for modern and eclectic furniture. This particular location did not disappoint. Britney Felton, design consultant, assisted me from the moment I walked in through several subsequent visits. She was knowledgeable, professional and responsive via email. This is the place to shop if you’re looking for high end modern furniture, rugs and decor. They also have their nouveau classique collection and it’s incredible. The 3D design they offer is amazing bringing everything together making it easy to visualize the fabrics and furnishings in our house, Nadia did an amazing job!
