Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Atlanta

I would have given them at least 4 stars because i would rather go to them than Starbucks however the 3 star comes from one in particular woman who consistently keeps assisting that a drink that i been drinking all of my adult years is something else. So basically i like to get a CARAMEL & VANILLA LATTE which this woman keeps trying to correct me and tell me it’s a Macchiato! First off i know the difference between the two and every time she correct me my drink is made disgustingly. The difference between my latte and a macchiato is i want my syrups mixed not vanilla syrup with caramel drizzle. This one lady always gives me a attitude about the drink that I’m paying for so i just get a tea when she’s there since i can’t have the dang drink i want! I wasn’t going to post a review but i went there today and got a tea and wAs waiting on this lady to hand it to me but instead of putting it in my hand and set it down and walked away with her head turned like i can’t read body language. Visited for the first time today and ordered a vanilla "muffin?"not sure because it came with a cream cheese dollop. I was told it was made fresh today. It was worse than Golden Corral or cruise ship dessert. I know there's a difference between a muffin vs cupcake but it was more like cornmeal cornbread and not the jiffy mix kind. I don't think it was supposed to be dry and doughy smelling. It tasted awful. Sorry if my review sounds harsh. I truly believe someone forgot to add a few ingredients, like the sweetener and vanilla. Great place for coffee, hot or cold. Snacks, sweet treats, etc. My favorites so far are the Lavender Chai with a sugar cookie ( which is huge!) and yogurt parfait. Not together though lol, I usually switch off. Lavender chai price went up to $4.90 recently which was a bit saddening but it is still soooooo good.
