I bought a pair of 1k heels to be shipped to me in California for an event. They came late, and they were the incorrect size. So I had to scramble for shoes at the last minute. In spite of this mishap, I still wanted the shoes, so I returned the wrong size and waited almost 3 weeks for my shoes. They never came, so I called the store. My rep left the company, and they dropped the ball and had no record of my return. I DID and provided my tracking number. Miraculously, they found my return and the replacement pair. This would have never happened if I hadn't called, I would have never seen my shoes. (BTW they charged my card for the shoes even though they were returned and never credited my account I paid off the bill before i received my shoes) I had to call several times even speaking to a manager before the new pair was shipped and after almost 2 more weeks I finally got my shoes. No credit or anything for the inconvenience or the inability to wear them for the intended event. Worse of all, they ghosted me when I asked for compensation for my inconvenience and the bad customer service. This is a high-end store that has a low-end mentality. I still haven't worn the shoes. They don't make me feel good anymore. I'm not going back. If I were you, I'd skip the Valentino shoes and go across to Tiffany and Co. The service is much better, and jewelry...

I was in there shopping for my wedding shoes and was in need for a sales associate who would be helpful and patient. She was all of those!
