David runs this store and I found him to be helpful when my wife and I were shopping there last weekend. I purchased a shirt that I lost track of but did not realize it was missing until later that day after we left the area. Our plans did not make it practical to go back to look for the shirt. We communicated by phone and e-mail with David trying to find the shirt. I left the shirt in Hooked, a restaurant across the plaza from this store. Someone from Hooked returned the shirt to the store and David gave me a credit, all done working with him by phone and email.

It could have easily ended with me just having no shirt and paying for it anyway, but he was very patient in giving me a credit and communicating with me.

I would definitely recommend shopping here and I will go back if we are in the area...
