Rude, Unprofessional, and Completely Disappointing Experience
I had an appointment scheduled for 5:10 PM, but wasn’t taken in until 5:50 PM — with no apology, no explanation, nothing. The front desk staff was extremely cold and unfriendly, treating me like I was invisible. If appointments mean nothing, why bother offering them?
The hair wash was with cold water, and after that, I was left sitting with wet hair for over 15 minutes with no towel, no attention, and no explanation. The actual haircut lasted around 15 minutes, rushed and careless. There was zero communication or basic courtesy from the stylist.
What’s worse, the staff (both the stylist and front desk lady) spent the whole time smiling and chatting warmly with another customer who was getting a dye and manicure service. Meanwhile, I got nothing but cold silence and indifference. Is it because I only came in for a basic haircut? Because I didn’t spend as much? If so, this feels like clear discrimination based on spending level, which is completely unacceptable.
During the second wash, they didn’t put a cape on me, and my entire back and shirt got soaked. The front desk saw it and completely ignored it — no help, no apology, not even acknowledgment. Then they blew air not on my hair, but onto my wet clothes and back. I left the salon still wet, itchy with hair clippings, and later developed a sore throat likely from sitting cold and damp in an air-conditioned room.
This salon is unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. They clearly prioritize high-spending customers and ignore basic service and hygiene for everyone else. I will never return, and I strongly advise others...

This is my 4-5 times of visit for nails appointment, and while I need to wait a little 15 mins ish wait, it was okay since I know it is hard for the team to time the exact time for the appointment but this time is really unacceptable. I have arrived 4:10 for my appointment. As of now, I am still waiting at 5:02pm and most updated time is another 10 mins. Two staffs came on check with me in these hour wait and the first one gave me estimate as 20 mins wait, now it has been 50 mins am still counting. I let them know if you being honest with me from the beginning they are an hour delayed I would have made my decision to reschedule. Now an hour of my time has gone to waste and what I gain is the time to come write a review.

Read moreDO NOT GO. I booked a nails appointment through their website at 6pm. Went in right on time. They had me waiting for 45MIN without any notice.
The salonist was still finishing up last customer’s. She had no time for food and just kept having customers one by one apparently - which led to a mid quality of nails. She broke my skin when she was pedicuring and I had to ask her to keep filling the colors since they were uneven. I kept getting paints on my skin. But honestly, I didn’t blame her since I knew she was so busy with her schedule like that. I didn’t want to blame the workers. I wanted to blame the owners on this unreasonable schedule.
Ended up charging me $140. No discount as compensation for having me waiting for 45mins. Only said sorry after I brought it up. I still tipped the salonist cuz I felt bad for her to stay that late. But who’s gonna...
