Thao listened and delivered. I have not had a more accurate haircut in the King county area. Very easy to find and no issue parking unless your appointment will take more than 2 hours.

The space is small but it’s like your own personal room and stylist. Thao is a one person army but this also means she’s booked weeks in advanced but for me it was worth the wait and the price. Book ahead especially if you know how fast your hair grows back.

Cut hair was not swept before leaving. Not a big con and won’t take a star away for it.

There’s not much of a view but that’s fine. If you want a well done cut or treatment, that’s what you’re paying for. I appreciated the sound level of the background music. It was not too loud nor distracting and I could comfortably hold a conversation without having to raise my voice.

Another plus here: steady hands and nice and modern equipment used. Other stylists have butterfingers and honestly that gets me a little nervous especially if they’re cutting the back where I can’t exactly watch the whole time. No such issues here.

Thao also did a very thorough job drying my hair. Usually I do low maintenance and only take a minute to dry. Thao went the whole nine yards and probably left no molecule of water on my head.

I’m normally asked if I want wax or gel. I didn’t get that option and wax and hair spray was just applied but fortunately the styling and application was also very thorough and that made up for it. If you don’t want wax, let her know...
