I have purchased many items and all have been the worst quality ever! I would never ever purchase any white gold from this designer!! My husbands white gold BZero ring turns yellow every 3 months. I purchased a chicladi ring years ago and wore it to dinner for the first time to find a disk missing. The worst is when I purchased a new set of diamond earrings and was told that I somehow changed the backing. I purchased the wedding ring, and requested resizing to fit. I was said it is about 3-4 weeks, but the updated size was wrong from the requested. They needed to go back & forth, and consequently, the resizing took almost 1 year. I had to visit the shop too in order to confirm.
