Urban Outfitters — Local services in Bloomington

I shop online at Urban Outfitters a lot. I don't get off work in time to get to the stores before they close, so I drove 30 minutes to this one today on my day off to return some online purchases and shop. Their hours are posted on the door and online saying they are open until 7pm. Their gates were shut by 6:15 though. I asked employees at a nearby store and they said Urban Outfitters does this a lot, and that they just do whatever they want. I understand things happen, but this isn't the first time this has happened to me with this store. It's very frustrating because I drove all the way only for this store, and now I won't be able to go again for at least a week, hopefully I have enough days left to return my items. They need to change their hours or post it online if they are going to keep closing almost...

If I could give a -10 I would. Never so insulted by mere worker in my shopping life. Just because I'm not a size 2 hipster does not mean I dare not take up space! And yet as I was shopping thru a clothing rack an associate came up behind me reached in where I was looking and proceeded to straighten the clothing as if I was invisible. How incredibly disrespectful and rude. Someone needs to explain to this associate that customers, young and old, are her paycheck. When I told my daughter "I'd meet her out in the mall clearly there is no room here", the associate never even flinched much less apologized for her rudeness. With associates like this their problem mentioned in previous review of long checkout lines will be quickly resolved. Horrible experience, will not ever have a need to shop...

Went in the store to see if we (my daughter and myself) could find something different. This being the first time in the store. It wasnt busy at all , the staff didnt greet or ask if they could help us. Even the store mangaer didnt say a thing to us. Even when we said good bye there was nothing fron the staff of the store. Would i ever go back to there no way.. It left a bad taste in my mouth.. There were things that we wanted to get. but now will have to find it sleswhere. i hope they get a staff that is more friendly.. it was a bad experience. My daughter who is an assitant store manager for Dillards could not believe how unfriendly and...
