Third Degree Heat — Local services in Bloomington

Drove two hours from Duluth looking to add more retros to my personal collection and stumbled upon this store. I was very surprised to see they had a lot of big boy size shoes (size 13 for me) and had a decent selection. I ended up purchasing one of my GRAILS... Air Jordan 5 OG metallics. Got them for $100 less than I would’ve on my main shoe buying app (NOT STOCK X LOL). The only reason I’m giving a rating of 4 stars and not 5 is due to getting my shoes in a replacement box and to be completely honest they didn’t even fit in the box. I couldn’t close it or put the shoes in the box correctly without smushing them. Nonetheless, I was able to buy a pair of retros for under reselling prices so I was very pleased but I wished the shoes came with the OG box and not a small replacement. Almost forgot to mention that the shoes I purchased were completely DS and that’s a main thing for me. I will come back and buy more shoes. Hopefully by then we can get original boxes and not a replacement box and if it is a replacement box I hope it...

Pros: Store Looks Great, Clean, Staff If Alright.

Cons: I had came to ask how much would they give for All 10.5 DS Reverse Grinch, Dad Girl, Lost & Found x3. Guy asks "me how much I want." I respond "how much would you offer." Then he tells "it's your shoes not sure how much you want." So I proceed telling how much which is was a fair price knowing they didn't have anything of those shoes in stock in a size 10.5. Then he tells me "well it's going to be a lot lower depending how the market is that day you bring them in." Like if you don't want make an offer or buy them just let the customer know. This is the second time I offer them shoes last time I had brought them a Jordan 2 Off-White Chicago and they turn it down never made an offer because it doesn't sell and this that pretty much excuses. Not sure if they turn down heaters or what the deal is. But . . . . .

Would I recommend this store on selling shoes to them? Probably not. That's...

As a customer who’s spent hundreds of thousands myself as well as my business partner. I can honestly say this place has gone incredibly downhill in the last 3 years. Drew number one was an interesting manager and from what he told me had helped you immensely in terms of keeping more of your money. While Drew number 2 may be responsible for your social media help. The things he’s spoken about on vacation you’ve taken him on are interesting to say the least. But what happened recently and his personal offense towards him being asked why he wasn’t able to accomplish things on deadlines, he set. I’d guarantee that I could bring in a shirt that’s from that stack and 3X and one I bought from you and they’d be identical because they’re both authentic. #MOA attached is a picture of every week...
