I'm giving 3 just because I love Nordstrom rack but this location honestly is the worst. The shoe section is a nightmare! The isles are barely big enough to push a cart down if there weren't shoes littered all over the floor. None are in boxes and it's almost impossible to find anything there. The purse area can be messy too and the racks in lingerie/sleepwear are too close together. Lastly the fitting rooms are a disaster too empty hangers everywhere rooms with the door open ready to use but not cleaned out while 2-3 workers crowd the small room inside the middle (not sure what they're doing). Super long lines and I've never been able to find anyone to help me with Express check out using a credit card which is supposed to be one of the best features about Nordstrom Rack. Yes I will continue to go to find the deals but if I have time I'd sooner go to the St Louis Park or Maple...
Read moreHere's a little-known secret about Nordstrom Rack. Originally, all the Racks were true outlet-store types--their inventories consisting of discounted clothes from well known brands that simply did not sell in the regular Nordstrom's. In other words, the clothes you find at the modern day Rack are likely not the real deal when it comes to quality. The reason I bring this up is because the store at the MOA is an exception. They are an old-school Rack with their inventory from actual department stores. And the selection here is great. So if you're gonna shop at a Rack, shop...
Read moreMy family and I were on vacation during Memorial Day weekend. We decided to check out this store and do some shopping. Unfortunately, my brother in law had a medical problem inside the store that caused quite a commotion and scare from everyone around......especially his 2 year old son. The store manager, Denzel, was a big help in making sure that we were comfortable enough until EMT'S arrived. He calmed us down (as best he could) offered us water, reassured that he wasn't leaving until everything was taken care of, and even gave my nephew a balloon to play with. These little acts of kindness and going above and beyond his job duties, made this family's trip a little bit less stressful. A huge THANK YOU to Denzel! You really are a caring person. FYI: We'll be back in November, to actually...
